One good thing that I can say about this game is that it was well developed and I didn’t have any problems with bugs or glitches or anything like that. All the mechanics are the same so it shouldn’t be a problem. Instead of guns you’ll be using bows and arrows, spears, and of course a club.

If you’ve played Far Cry before then you’ll know how to play this game because the playability is basically the same. I mean seriously, has there ever been a decent female character in any of these games? Huh? I mentioned this before in one of my weekly trophy blogs, but seriously is it just me or are all the women in these Far Cry games bat shit crazy? The leader of the Ull, the Wenja woman obsessed with collecting the Udam ears. But I mean seriously, it was just elephants with fur. The plot was basically the same, the missions were the same, and the wildlife was basically the same except for a few exotic creatures from the time period. There was nothing original about this game other than it was set in a different time period. Since I haven’t played all of the Far Cry’s, I can say that this game followed the same formula to a T of Far Cry 3 and Far Cry 4. Ubisoft wanted a new take on Far Cry and I figured what they hell, maybe it was. I also don’t mind reading subtitles, but seriously could they have gotten any smaller? I had to sit two feet from my TV in order to see them. What’s not easy to understand is why a made up language that sounds a lot like Simlish. He’ll do this by defeating the other tribe leaders, taking over camps and forts, and recruiting some major Wenja people that are scattered all over Oros.īOO! Since the game is set in 10,000 BC, it’s easy to understand why these characters don’t speak English. So it’s up to Takkar to take over Oros and make the Wenja the main tribe on the land.

Two other tribes, the Udam and the Ull, are basically making the Wenja extinct. Turns out that while he’s not the last of them, his numbers are dwindling in Oros.

Takkar thinks that he’s the last of his people, the Wenja. Taking place in 10,000 BC you’ll play as Takkar. Did this game get refreshed or was it just another Far Cry game set in a different time period? Keep reading to find out. This is supposed to be the game that takes this franchise into a different setting and breathe new life into it, meaning that even Ubisoft thought this game was getting a little stale. Not just any Far Cry though, this is Far Cry Primal.
